At Aramagen, we strive to send our high-quality jewellery items to you in the best possible way.
If, in the unlikely event that the jewellery piece arrives damaged, customers have 14 days to contact Aramagen to request a refund. If an item arrives damaged please contact us as soon as possible, we will wait for the whole returned item and then send out an undamaged item with free shipping.
Some jewellery pieces may take longer to repair, make from scratch or resend, as all Aramagen items are handmade so there may be small differences between items.
We do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene unless the product arrived damaged and has not been worn.
